Although rehabbing and eventually building is my biggest passion in real estate, Short Sales are where it’s at in this market. As the real estate market changes so is the need to change your investment strategy. I wasn’t a big fan of doing short sales because of all the paper work and bank interaction that is needed but the market is so full of pre-foreclosures and home owners who need to get out of their house with little to no equity that the short sale is the only option. Without short sales, home owners can’t sell their homes; Without short sales, it’s usually not a good investment for you. So, short sales here I come…..
