I wanted to give the community an update that I’ve changed the site name from JerseyGirlFlipHouses.com to ControlToFlip.com. I chose to do this because I wanted the web community to know that my experiences as an investor is not just for my fellow Jerseyians but for whoever wants to invest in real estate regardless of their location. Of course, different legal laws apply in different states or countries but the principles of marketing, acquiring leads, creative financing and rehabbing are universal.
