		<description>This post is intriguing in more ways than one.  My take setting goals is one thing but the ability for somebody to adjust when things don't go to according as planned is where the problem lies.

There is no way anyone can set goals and expect you to reach them the way you planned, that is not how it works. Obstacles will always be there. Knowing before is what you should prepare for and is the point to start.  Nothing will ever go as planned but proper adjustment is the key to reach goals that you have set.

Have plans but always expect the worst, not because it is referred to as pessimistics which is absolutely wrong.  It's actually preparing you to don't be disappointed, adjust and keep going towards your goals.  Goals are never easy but once you reach the first goal then all other goals will fall in place if you have taken good notes along the way.
